Tom Donlan, Assistant Professor of Speech Communication and President’s Climate Commitment Advisory Council member, conducted a survey of faculty to determine a) the number of faculty who currently incorporate a sustainability-themed project into their courses and b) how many are interested in doing so. The survey was issued during the spring 2012 semester with a 21.6% response rate. Results show that 18 courses currently incorporate a sustainable theme or project, and more than 50 courses could incorporate such a project.
